Improving the communication skills that includes writing, speaking and also listening. I would like to develop various ways by using skills like research and analytics. I would eventually improve my skills by making an adaptation towards being more flexible. Improving the interpersonal ability will help me communicate well with others and that will make me express my thoughts to those people. I have understood that my personal goals help me to provide long term directions as well as short term motivations. I have realized that once I fail in something automatically my self-confidence and esteem drops down and that ultimately affects my motivation and achievement. The goal needs to be focused and I have worked real hard to work towards it. By setting the focus of my personal goal, I can easily measure my achieveme nts and make them intact with the sights of my process. Some say that there is a need to work in a hardworking way, but I think it is much more relevant if the work is done in a much smart way that will include a bit of the hard efforts. Developing competency Competency is something that will motivate or interests my employers to make a presentable future and present (Huffman et al. 2014). I live with a level of uncertainty that includes the interests and the future of the employees that will not build a career that is too narrow in the level of competency. Throughout my working life it has been seen that there is a successful completion of the various tasks that requires the multidisciplinary approach. Some of the example of the useful skills that can be gained is the leadership, finance, business and the various sales and marketing approaches. The ways through which I can develop my level of competency is through the on job training and learning ways that is considered a level of development in the competency. There is a need to participate on the various new projects or in various working groups that will help me in the workplace. I have organized various seminars, courses, conferences that will help in the benefits of the employers in the organization. My knowledge will thus grow and become deep so that it looks different from the various angles. I would like to develop my level of technical competence through various ways by the end of the year. I would also like to develop the level of my competence with the non-technical people through various ways that will eventually help me and my employers.
